We follow your hauler's collection schedule for you, including holiday shifts and route changes, so you don't have to give us a heads-up for those. If something changes on your end, like switching haulers or adding a bin, just let us know and we'll adjust.
Yes — both. Whatever bins you put us in charge of, trash or recycling, we treat the same: out before pickup, back after.
Both plans cover up to 3 bins. Need more? Our Extra Bin add-on covers each additional bin for a flat $4.99 per month.
Normal rain, snow, or a brutal Maryland summer doesn't slow us down — bin day still happens. In genuinely hazardous conditions, like a bad ice storm, we'll delay service until it's safe to be on the roads, the same way your hauler does. We'd rather get to you a little late than not get to you safely at all.
No, you don't need to be home. When you sign up, we'll agree with you on exactly where your bins are kept and where they go at the curb. From then on, that's the only part of your property we visit. We never enter your home, and we'll only go into a garage if you've set that up with us during onboarding.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward phone tree. Cancel whenever you want — we'll actually be sad to see you go.
